Thank you Sensei Kathi for a fabulous cooking lesson! My son Justin enjoyed learning how to make the delicious chicken tenders and fries from scratch. This experience got him excited to try new foods he normally wouldn't try because of his allergies. Can't wait for the next cooking class!

What a treat. My daughter enjoyed your class and is looking forward to the next. She's now growing tomatoes at our home to make us a meal from one of your previous classes. Many thanks Kathi...you're the best!

I was all the way in India when this class took place. I talked to Eric thru the computer and he told me the cooking class was awesome. He enjoys the preparation very much and we feel happy that he is learning very good values such as where the veggies come from and also that after we eat we do clean up. Thanks Sensei for this wonderful program.

Sensei Kathi, Thank you for being patient with Caden. He really enjoyed the cooking class. He just mentioned wanting to come to another one! He loved making the home made applesauce, and he now puts a bowl under the sink while brushing his teeth so he doesn't waste one drop of water. He also reminds me not to waste water! You have been a wonderful inspiration and role model for him, Thank you, Smiles, Roxanne
