Today was a perfect day for cooking Asian Delights.  Our menu was:
1. Orange Chicken
2. Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs
3. Korean BBQ Ribs
4. Cucumber Salad
5. Goyza / Potsticker
6. Brown Fried Rice
7. Cream Puffs w/ Pineapple and Chocolate Port Sauce.
8. Red & White Wine.

Everyone had a nice time and the food turned out really good.
I want to thank all the women for doing the dishes.

Wow! What a fantastic class! I really learned a lot about making these dishes which I would have never tried on my own. I thought they would be very difficult, but Kathi showed us how easy they are. All the food was fabulous. I've taken several cooking classes at Sur La Table, which were not nearly as fun, informative or hands on as Kathi's class. I'm definitely going to sign up for more. Thank you!

I had a wonderful, informative and delicious cooking experience last week. I have told several of my friends about the day. I would like to get the recipes to the meals we cooked and try them out on my husband. Thank youfor a great time!

Such a fun time! The class was small enough that we all got to participate in the food prep. Who knew potstickers were so easy to make. The orange chicken was the best I've ever tasted. I cook alot but this definately boosted my knowledge and confidence in the area of asian cooking. Sitting down together to enjoy a full meal of our creations was the perfect ending to a wonderful class. I'll definately be back for more.

We had the best time! The company and the food were both outstanding. We learned how to use fresh ginger and the "secret" to good fried rice. The orange chicken was simply the best orange chicken I have ever had. I'll never eat restaurant orange chicken again. Thanks a lot Kathi for ruining all other orange chicken for me...Can't wait until the next party!
